I often find myself getting caught up in the hustle and bustle of the day.
This was
especially true in my old job.
In retrospect, I can see how much of my attention was on getting stuff done...
And how rarely I took a step back to appreciate what I already had.
It's still true to some extent today. I still put a lot of
focus on "doing".
But I’m trying to spend more time being thankful for what I have in my life.
So here’s 8 things I’m grateful for today:
- My girlfriend. For your support, your no-nonsense advice and the fact you’re in my life
- My family. For always standing by me and the fun we have together
- My friends. For all the great times we’ve had and the great times we have to come
- My coach. For guiding, mentoring and encouraging me
- My coachees. For your trust in me and your open mindedness. I’m excited about what we’re creating together
- You. I’m grateful that you’re reading this email right now. This email list wouldn’t exist without you
- My
business. I’m grateful that I’ve found work I enjoy and that I can help other people find work they enjoy too
- My health. I try not to take it for
granted
