Tim Ferriss’s book The 4 Hour Work Week is a modern day classic.

It opened my eyes to the fact that there are ways to do the 9 to 5
differently.

And to pay tribute, I’m thinking of bringing out a book of my own.

I’m going to call it The 144 Hour Work Week:  How To Stay Chained To Your Desk, Conform To The Traditional Concept Of Success And Sacrifice Your Personal Freedom.

Here’s a sneak peek of the
lowlights:
- Hire a virtual assistant from the Philippines.  Identify this person’s most time-consuming tasks, then add them to your workload
- Follow Oterap’s Principle wherever you can.
Prioritise the 80% of tasks that will give you 20% of the results you crave
- Make yourself as available as possible.  Answer the phone whenever someone calls.  Reply to messages as soon as you receive them.  Return all emails within 90 seconds
- Spend all your time improving and fixing your weaknesses.  Spend as little time as possible using your strengths
- Hold out for the perfect moment to take a mini-retirement, go travelling, start a side hustle or quit your job.
After all, the perfect moment is just around the corner
What do you think?  A future New York Times bestseller?

That’s all for today.

Have a great weekend.
