A story from the history books:
When Einstein published his General Theory of Relativity, pandemonium ensued.
Everyone wanted a piece of the frizzy haired brainbox.
(and not in a good way)
To such an extent that reporters were knocking on his door, writing to him, calling him on the phone and generally causing an unholy nuisance. And becoming PR man for his own discovery could’ve
turned into a full time job for poor old Einstein.
So did he take a leaf out of his own time-bending theory and slow down time to deal with all the media attention?
Not quite.
Instead, he asked his secretary to field the interviews.
And when his new secretary quibbled “But Albert. I don’t know anything about relativity. How can I answer all
these questions?”…
…Einstein replied:
“Sit with a pretty girl for an hour and it feels like a minute. Sit on a hot stove for a minute and it feels like many hours. That's relativity”.
Moral of the
story?
Well, there’s two.
First: the more work you delegate, the more free time you activate.
Second: it is possible to “bend” time, as Einstein discovered.
And if you’d like to find out
which tasks you should be delegating and how to “bend” time for yourself, I have something you might like.
Next week, I’m running my time management challenge, Time Conqueror. And the doors to join the challenge have just opened.
Interested?
I’m only making Time Conqueror available to people who are signed up to my
emails.
So if you’d like to join, here’s the link.
