After all, I’m a board game nut.

Give me a night in with Codenames, 7 Wonders or Chameleon – or even an old school classic like Articulate, Scrabble or Backgammon – and I’m a happy boy.

And it’s the perfect time of year for my grand release. 

If you haven’t started your Christmas shopping and you need a last minute stocking-filler, I’ve got you covered.

But buyer beware.  My board game isn’t like most games out there.

First off, the game has no rules.

At least, no pre-prescribed rules.  Instead, every player makes up their own rules as they go.

Second, nothing needs to happen in the game.  But anything can happen.  The players can do whatever they want.  It’s a game of endless possibilities.

Third, the point of the game isn’t to win.  The point is simply to play and have fun.

If the game isn't fun, it means the players have chosen a dodgy set of rules.  No bother though.  They can change some rules, add some rules or remove some rules, and the game will become fun again. 

Not because the players are trying to have fun.  But because the game just is fun.

That’s pretty much it.

I’m going to call this game Life.
