What exactly is coaching?
Coaching is a transformative process designed to help
people get more out of their lives than they can by themselves without being told what to do, offered advice or having their arm twisted into taking action.
Instead, coaching is an exploration.
An exploration of
ideas like who we are, how our minds work, what life is and how life works.
It’s these sorts of explorations which bring about a greater awareness of how you and your life work.
Which, in turn, naturally lead to you dancing with the ebb & flow of life rather than unknowingly pushing back against it.
