The training will explore the question:
What’s the best way to use our minds and stop
our minds from using us?
I’m calling the training Mind over Matter.
It’s based on the Mindset Workshops I’ve been running for 10 weeks for colleagues in my wider team at work.
Now these workshops are almost finished, I’m cherry-picking some of the most relevant and useful parts for Mind over Matter.
Three years ago I was so caught up in my head that it felt like I was locked in a thought prison where the more I
tried to use my own thinking to break free, the closer the prison walls seemed to get and the more trapped I became.
It really looked as if there was no way out of this infinite loop.
Luckily, about 18 months ago, I
stumbled on the keys to the prison cell.
It’s fair to say I’ve been enjoying life a lot more since then. Nowadays I’m less stressed, less anxious and it feels like I’m flowing more with life rather than constantly battling against it.
In this training I’ll reveal exactly what allowed me to turn down the dimmer switch on my busy mind and show you how you can too, if that’s something you’d like.
As I said at the top of the email, the Mind over Matter training will take place on Zoom on Wednesday 15th May 2024 at 10am PST/1pm EST/6pm UK
