Big news from Casa Grundy:

(drumroll please...)

I’m going to be a Dad!

To say I’m delighted is an understatement.  I can’t wait to get stuck in.

There's also a few butterflies doing the rounds too.

Come January, I’m fully expecting to be grappling with the responsibility of keeping my baby safe & sound.  

I’m also expecting my life to become a whirlwind of teddy bear negotiations, epic car seat battles and late nights Googling "is this normal?".

All of which means I’m going to be pressing pause on my coaching at the start of 2025.  I simply won't have the time.

Heck, I might even need to press pause on these emails.  I have no idea how and if it will be possible to keep up a daily writing routine alongside my 9 to 5 job (and everything else) with my little bundle of joy gurgling, crying & screaming in the background.

And that’s just Lauren!

So the clock is well and truly ticking.  I have a three or four month coaching window now and after that, who knows?

All of which means I’m doing something I’ve never done before and quite possibly will never do again:
