In no particular order:
*** Keep sending my “week-daily” emails. I’ve flirted with the idea of switching to a hard & fast 7 days a week, but 5 days works well for me and I see no reason to change that
*** Adding 2,000 readers to this newsletter. To help, I’m compiling and releasing a new lead magnet which I’m tentatively calling How to Work Your Way. I might start posting more on LinkedIn too (probably won’t happen, but let’s see)
*** Creating an inexpensive info product
*** Publishing my new book Don’t Quit Your Job and putting out some book bonuses for readers of this newsletter
*** Marking my 40th birthday with some sort of one-off, amazing offer (not sure what yet)
*** Finding more interesting, insightful folk to interview about work, careers, balance, success and fulfilment for this newsletter
*** Promoting more affiliate offers (I’ve already got a couple of exciting promos lined up for early this year)
*** Running more Mindset & Clarity Workshops for my esteemed banking colleagues, but “on demand” only, as and when my colleagues reach out. The 10-weekers are a lot of fun, but I’m dropping these in 2026 to free up some time
***
Taking my Mindset & Clarity workshops on the road to other corporates. I want to keep this local for the time being, but if you work a 9 to 5 job in Central London and your team or department would like more productive and less stressed employees, then I might be able to come and run a workshop for you. Drop me a line if so (just hit reply) and let’s see if we can make it happen
*** Completing my Executive Leadership Coaching Apprenticeship. This will be a big one (c.350 hours of training, webinars, study, coaching, mentoring and attending live events in the UK’s Curry Capital, Birmingham)
Some of these ideas are in their infancy (as you might’ve gathered), but they’re all rattling round my head
nonetheless.
Hence this email not just to share my plans, but to pop them somewhere else.
Inevitably this means more ideas filling up my newly freed-up brain. And on it goes!
If any of my 2026 plans overlap with yours or you’re working on anything similar, feel free to hit reply and drop me a line.
You never know what might come out of it.
To fulfilment,
Tom
