When I was creating my awesome new program The Music Inside You (open
for just 10 more hours), one decision I had to make was…
Would it be a group coaching program or a 1 on 1 coaching program?
Ultimately I went with the latter.
And the reason might be obvious.
The program isn't The Music Inside Lou.
It’s not The Music Inside Stu.
It’s The Music Inside You!
So yes. I could’ve set up The Music Inside You as a group coaching program. I've been running group workshops all year for my esteemed banking colleagues and I enjoy the buzz of a group setting.
There's also lots of value in everyone hearing what's on everyone else's minds.
But for this program – a program designed to get you hearing your music – I wanted to create a space where you can turn down the volume on everyone else’s playlist and listen to yourself instead.
You could even think of The Music Inside You as like a pair of noise-cancelling headphones.
When you join the program, it will feel like walking into a quiet room after years of noise. And in the first few minutes, you’ll notice your shoulders drop, your mind start to clear and a quiet relief
wash over you.
You’ll also realise just how much energy all that noise has been stealing from you.
This might not have been the case 50 or 100 years ago. But I don’t think there’s been a time in human history with as much
external noise as there is today.
When I log on at work each morning, I’ll often have two or three meetings plonked in my calendar all at the same time. While I'm busy trying to sort that out, the DMs start. Then the emails, phone calls and Teams pings start too. Then I clock off work and there's a pile of Whatsapp messages and texts waiting for
me.
Even the post seems to be going mental at the moment.
And when everyone wants a piece of you and the noise is as deafening as it is today, my belief is that it’s never been more important to learn how to tune out
the noise, find mental clarity and listen to yourself instead.
This is something I’ll be teaching Baby Grundy when she’s old enough to understand (and then ignore me!).
I don’t just mean how to deal with information
overload (although that’s important).
But also how to listen to herself, stay true to herself and live HER life.
That’s the most important thing of all.
Which takes us back to where we started and my new program The Music Inside You.
Baby Grundy’s too young to sign up.
For everyone else, here’s

Even though there’s only 10 hours left to join, please read all the details carefully. This program is not cheap and I want to make sure you know what you’re signing up for.
To fulfilment,
Tom
